To keep the shopping list simple, items can only be deleted in their recipe groups.

To delete a recipe, from the shopping list, press the wastebasket button and then tap the white diamond to the left of the recipe name. Once selected, press 'delete selected' to remove the recipe from your shopping list.

Alternatively, after pressing the wastepaper icon, tap on 'Delete All' to completely clear your shopping list.
